Vantage is a construction technology company based in Calgary, Alberta. We build independent, owner-side review for municipal capital projects, so every change and progress claim gets checked before it's approved.
Why we started
We spent years on the delivery side. We saw where the money slips.
Our team brings more than a decade of experience delivering construction projects. Over that time, the same pattern kept showing up: small gaps in the record turning into real costs, long before anyone connected the pieces.
The people doing the work were rarely the problem. The systems around the owner were. So we set out to build better ones.
Approvals rest on what's submitted
Change requests and progress claims arrive from the parties doing the work. The owner signs off, often without the time to check each one against the contract, the budget and everything else in the record.
The record is spread across desks
Change logs, cost reports, schedules, progress reports and minutes each come from a different party. They are accurate on their own terms, but nobody's job is to read them together.
Scrutiny stops at the biggest projects
Owner's representatives and cost consultants do this work well, but they are expensive. Most municipal projects never get that level of review.

Software does the reading. A Vantage analyst checks each finding and its evidence before it reaches you.

Approvals, certification and the official forecast stay with your team and consultants. Vantage gives them a better basis for the call.
Work with the records you already have
No new contractor systems and no change to how consultants report. Vantage reads what already arrives.
Be plain about what we know
Estimates are labelled as estimates, gaps in the record are named, and demonstrations are marked as fictional.

Vantage has a working product, tested on real construction project information. We're now offering small and mid-sized municipalities 90-day pilots on active projects, judged on a scorecard agreed at the start.
