    Security & procurement

A clear starting point for project-information review.

Security and information handling depend on the intended workflow, evidence and engagement terms. These verified public statements help teams begin a focused procurement conversation.

    01

    Scoped intake

Before an engagement, Vantage and the project owner define the decision, evidence in scope and intended workflow. Do not submit credentials, sensitive personal information, privileged material or records you are not authorized to share.

    02

    Server-side form handling

Contact, pilot and newsletter submissions are handled through server-side application routes. Signal subscriber records synchronize with Beehiiv for newsletter delivery, and internal submission notifications use Resend.

    03

    Protected administrative routes

Administrative newsletter and Signal publishing routes require an administrator credential. Workflow-specific access requirements can be addressed during a scoped procurement review.

    04

    Workflow-specific handling

Storage location, retention, deletion, approved tools and end-of-engagement handling should be confirmed for the intended workflow before sensitive project information is provided.

    05

    Analysis boundaries

Machine-assisted analysis may help organize and examine project information as described in the methodology. Material outputs remain subject to human review, evidence checks, stated uncertainty and agreed limitations.

    06

    Verified commitments only

Vantage does not present this page as a certification, audit or universal security commitment. A scoped questionnaire can be discussed during procurement, with answers limited to verified current practice and agreed engagement terms.
